Advanced Computing at The Evergreen State College

The CS servers, Goldie and Grace, had some pretty major adjustments made recently. Goldie, the linux file server, has a shiny new gigabit link, so you should see some improvement in performance. Grace has been upgraded as well. The most drastic change here is with the move from mysql 4.x to mysql 5.x. If you have a mysql db that you use on grace and you run in to trouble or if you have problems with it please contact me immediately (overcasi at evergreen dot edu).

As you may have noticed the advanced computing website has undergone a change. It's been some time coming. It is still a work in progress.
